We were given a tiered quote with quality advice regarding what is a good fit for our home and lifestyle. This was very useful for us as we navigated learning about energy use, rebates, etc. They did not try to upsell us on a heater that would be a bad fit for our home.The installation was completed in a day with a follow-up visit to install some custom ductwork.
